Emcee Script For Nutrition Month Program

Health is celebrating the month of nutrition and continued it through a feeding program. And to end it, Today is our Nutrion Month Culmination Program and Coronation Rites with the theme: Timbang Iwasto sa Tamang Nutrition at Ehersisyo. To our fatherly district supervisor, Ely P. Libo-on, sir. Our current health event is the Nutrition Month Celebration which falls on July month. This year's theme is 'Sa Pagkaing Tama at Sapat, Wastong Timbang ni Baby ang Katapat.' All schools were doing healthy activities to celebrate this month like the feeding activity. We, in our school were having the feeding activity every friday.

LastJuly 30, 2014, we held the Awarding Ceremony and Culminating Activity ofNutrition Month with the theme “Kalamidad Paghandaan: Gutom at MalnutrisyonAgapan!” I considered this as one of the most successful awarding ceremonieswe have ever organized. As the TLE Club adviser, I’ve witnessed how my fellowTLE teachers committed their time and effort in facilitating the differentcontests for this month-long celebration. With the combined efforts of the TLEfaculty, TLE Club and Junior Computer Club, and with the support from ourschool administrators, we successfully staged this most highlighted event ofour department.

Theprogram started with a National Anthem led by Mrs. Rosanna Isidro and followedby an Opening Prayer by Mr. Jeffry Reovoca.

OurHead Teacher-In-Charge, Mrs. Rona Reyes, in her welcome remarks, stressed theimportance of disaster survival skills, particularly in preparing meals thatare still nutritious despite of scarcity in food resources.

Mrs.Corazon Tanfelix, our former Head Teacher, became very emotional while givingher inspirational message. She already passed the Principal’s Test last summerand she was immediately assigned as an Officer-In-Charge of the SerranoElementary School. She was teary-eyed when she gave her speech because she usedto supervise this program as our former head teacher. As a surprise, we gaveher a plaque of appreciation for her empowering leadership and unconditionallove and support for the department in the past 18 years.
