Arcgis Server Ecw License

Your layer is an ECW format raster. By default, the ArcGIS Server installation does not include support for ECW format rasters. Layers based on the ECW format will not draw without the proper support.

See this ESRI KB article on publishing ECWs to ArcGIS Server - it requires special (extra) licensing from ERDAS. This may be your issue. Also, are you able to. ECW raster format is directly supported in ArcGIS for Desktop but not in ArcGIS for Server or the ArcGIS Server Image extension. To use ECW in server-based products requires additional licensing permissions from Intergraph. To contact Intergraph to request a license, send an email to sgilicense@intergraph.com.

Solutions

  • Convert the ECW-based raster into a file or enterprise geodatabase and replace the ECW-based layer with the geodatabase layer.
  • You can also choose to copy data to the server. In this case, all data referenced by your layers, regardless of their original data source, is consolidated into a single file geodatabase on the server. This requires a connection to the server where the option to copy data is checked.

  • Alternately, if you plan on getting the appropriate ECW license for your server, you can leave the ECW format raster layer in your map. The server will not draw the layer until the proper license is installed.

More information

Enhanced Compressed Wavelet (ECW) is an ERDAS ER Mapper proprietary format. It is a wavelet-based, lossy compression, similar to JPEG 2000.

ECW raster format is directly supported in ArcGIS Desktop but not in ArcGIS Server or the ArcGIS Image Extension for Server. To use ECW in server-based products requires additional licensing permissions from Intergraph. To contact Intergraph to request a license, send an email to sgilicense@intergraph.com. Once a license has been granted from Intergraph, it is possible to enable ECW support in ArcGIS Server and the ArcGIS Image Extension for Server.

ArcGIS Enterprise offers several licensing roles for its ArcGIS Server component. These licensing roles provide a range of powerful functions to the ArcGIS platform as deployed in your own infrastructure. Each licensing role has different capabilities and system requirements. Learn more about each role:

The role that you license for your server site determines the functionality available. See the ArcGIS Enterprise functionality matrix for specific functionality details. Spandau ballet true flac.

The song ticks in giddy motion, backed up by Newsom’s leaping vibrato, before suddenly changing pace halfway through. Joanna newsom have one on me zip. It lifts an already superb song to the skies, lilting gorgeously as Newsom sings 'I feel I see everything/And am in love/With the hook/Upon which everyone hangs'.The first disc is the most immediate, its exploration of new love easy to take in, and exciting as it whistles through light-headed highs and turns of pace – the highlight of these is when 'Baby Birch' cracks open to reveal pummelling drums and breathless harmonies. But the meat of the album is found in disc two and three. The writing is more immediate, and none more so than on ‘Good Intentions Paving Company’ which is almost a straight up pop song, with Newsom relaying familiar feelings of new love: 'And the tilt of this strange nation/And the will to remain for the duration/Like a bump on a bump on a log, baby/Like I’m in a fistfight with the fog, baby'.

License ArcGIS Server for a role

To enable one of these server licensing roles, you'll authorize the software with an authorization file for the licensing role.

To ensure enough machine resources will be available to support server operations, review the system requirements for each server licensing role. Multiple server license roles can be applied to the same server, but we recommend you deploy separate servers for each role.
